Some individuals argue that good teamwork plays the most important role in a company’s success. But others believe that a good leader is more crucial than good teamwork. In my opinion, both of them are equally important to the success of a company.
On the one hand, having good teamwork is beneficial to a firm. Firstly, working together facilitates creativity and better decisions. It is obvious that everyone has their own perspectives about any matter so people in a team can give their opinions to each other. Therefore, they understand deeply in almost all aspects of that matter and can create new ideas or better solutions. Secondly, teamwork improves productivity so that bring better business results. When people work in a team, they need to finish their tasks on time. Otherwise, other team members cannot complete their work. Thus, team members need to cooperate and help each other, and try their best to achieve the team’s goals. Consequently, their productivity is better that contributes to a company’s success. For example, nowadays, when a company seeks new employees they try to find candidates who have teamwork skills. Hence, teamwork skills become crucial to every employee when they work for any organization.
On the other hand, a company’s success depends on its leader. First of all, a good leader helps the workforce improve productivity. Leaders have responsibilities for making plans, targets, regulations, monitor every progress and so on. By doing them, they can help companies boost their productivity. Moreover, good leaders are able to improve their company's ability to succeed under pressure. There are lots of difficulties happening in a company all the time. A good leader makes the best decisions to solve those problems. For example, during covid 19 pandemic, most of tourism companies do not have foreign customers like before. To cope with this hard situation, their leaders have changed their target to domestic customers so they have customers to exist.
I think that a company needs to have both good teamwork and good leaders in order to become successful. A good leader cannot manage everything well without good teams who support the leader. However, good team without a good leader makes team members do not know exactly what they suppose to do so they cannot work well.
To sum up, both good leaders and good teamwork play important roles in a company’s success.

Some people hold the opinion that a superb joint effort is crucial for the success of a company. Other individuals, however, consider that solid leadership is more critical for any business. In my opinion, I believe that enterprises can be thrived excellently by having a great ruler to plan their goals.

On the one hand, the join of effective teamwork is thought to be vital for the prosperity of a company due to the creativity and productivity provided. They are working as a group enables people to share new ideas so that employees can exchange information and decrease the work pressure on individuals. Furthermore, many challenging issues will be solved immediately if there is a strong collaboration in business. For instance, a company is in an economic downturn; it means that every company member should work as a team and find a suitable solution for solving the problems. That is not only benefits for their enterprise but also makes up some good plans and strategies.

On the other hand, the company's success can not happen without the excellent chief executive officer (CEO) responsible for the business's vision. In other words, this person sets short-term and long-term goals for future projects and activities. In addition, this person also is in charge of recruiting new employees and find out talented members who contribute to the firm. If the CEO has a wrong decision in business, the employees will not survive in the current competitive market.

In conclusion, while some individuals keep the idea for good teamwork, I feel that it is wiser to have a great and committed headman in any enterprise.

As far as I see, teamwork is always on top. Because, when we have a good leader, but there are employees who do not support and help each other, without a thing called "Solidarity", it is impossible to do anything, even if it's the smallest job. On the contrary, if we don't have a leader, things get messed up and don't solve the problem at all. So if we combine the two together then great. Having good leaders and employees who know how to unite and help each other, the job will be much simpler and simpler. Thanks for reading my opinion!

High-quality collaboration is thought to be crucial for the success of a company by some, while other people consider that effective leadership is the main reason for it. In my opinion, I believe that enterprises can thrive impressively by having a great headman to arrange their goals.

On the one hand, an arrangement of high-quality teamwork is considered to be critical for the thrive of a company due to the productivity and efficiency provided by it. That is to say, working as a group enables sharing the workload among the group which optimizes the work pace and decrease the pressure on the individual workers. So, accordingly, the establishment will be prosperous by increased service and improved job satisfaction. For example, one of the prominent and successful private educational schools in Uzbekistan, Thompson school tends to focus more on the establishment of adequate teamwork in the midst of the colleague as the main method of their attainments.

On the other hand, some correlate the success of an establishment with a gifted chief as they are responsible for the vision of the business and I agree. In other words, this person sets plans for the future of the organisation and guides the whole staff through the procedure. Otherwise, the team may go astray on the way and end up losing the vision. Furthermore, a CEO motivates and leads by example. Take chief executive officer of Space X, Elon Musk, for instance. The workforce there claims that Elon's sacrifices and hard-working quality inspire them to be devoted and this eventually, has been the key to their success. Thus, leaders are essential parts of the prosperity of any business.

In conclusion, while people may vary in their opinions, I believe that a talented headman will stand for a particular organization in good stead for the successful career to owing to the important guidance of this person. Therefore, having a good CEO is a must for any business that wants to get ahead.

There are many debates about factors contributing to success of companies. While some people favor the idea that great teamwork is very vital to enterprise run smoothly, others think that an outstanding leader is determinant. In my perspective, these two factors also are very important with the success of company.

On the one hand, teamwork brings to companies the best result in business activities. It is obvious that nobody can do all of jobs with high efficiency, so assigning works bases on the strengths of each individual in a group is the wise way to save time and costs. In addition, working in a group help company have the right decisions as well as decrease many risks caused by subjective decisions of each staff. It is clear that during the process of working together, all employees can discuss together and give opinions to others in order to get the most reasonable option, so the whole of business organizations will operate more effective.

On the other hand, to create success companies, beside the corporation of all employees, an outstanding leader is indispensable. All of us understand that directors are the person who decides business strategy and long-term visions for companies. Moreover, company development plans of leaders are the main content for all activities of the whole staffs, therefore directors play a key role in success of enterprise. Furthermore, leaders are also the person who conduct and manage jobs of employees, so through interacting with their staffs, they can inspire and connect all staffs together to help them understand more about others as well as strategy of companies to create effective works. For example, by the way of assigning jobs, leaders can encourage and empower to their staffs in order to achieve good benefits for companies and discover hidden ability of employees.

In conclusion, with above explanations, I strongly believe that the success of companies is contributed by excellent leaders as well as good organizations with the effort of all employees.
