In fact, there is an increasing number of youngsters preferring to utilizing social networks to doing physical activities. To exemplify, a recent survey by the US government has substantiated that people in their 30s spend over 20 hours a week using Facebook to chat with friends in lieu of doing a workout. As a result, their body will store the extra energy as fat leading them to become overweight and vulnerable to diseases such as diabetes, obesity, etc. In addition, the overuse of information technology drives people to lose essential face-to-face communication. Indeed, people nowadays just love conversing via the virtual world which is equivalent to the fact that they lock themselves away.
